Red button [O] --- Start/Stop the single spindle winding machine

Clear --- When winding machine stop, press “Clear” button to clear the length to zero and count the length again.

Display --- When press “Display” button, “Speed” and “Counting” LED is on by turns. At the same time, the current speed and current length displays by turns.

Settings --- Set all parameters

[◄] --- Choose the digits when adding numbers of flashing password or setting parameters.

[▲]--- Change a digit or password when flashing digits or password needs to be added 1

Function of LED

1. Stop – Show the running status
2. Full cap -- Show the status if full cap
3. Speed and counting – Show the current value
4. Constant speed. Constant ration. Circumference. Anti-yarn overlap: Show the parameters or the setting parameters
5. Setting 1—when the light is on, it starts to setting. The first digit shows P, it start to enter the password. Normal function setting password is 001, and for multi-function setting password is 022.

1. Press red button [O], the winding machine running status changed—when winding machine runs, it stops when press this button, and stop light is on; when yarn stops, it runs when press this button, and stop light is off.

2. Clear when machine is running (can only stop when stop the machine) – Press the “Clear” button 2 seconds; the current length is clear to zero.

3. Press “Display” button to check the speed and current length.

4. Common parameter checking and setting:

There are five setting lights: [Counting], [◄], [▲] button and [Constant speed], [Constant ration], [Setting 1], [Circumference], [Anti-yarn overlap].

1. Enter and Check: Press “Setting” button: Six digits show the password “P.000”, so enter the correct password (it is 001). When press the “Setting” light, the five setting lights will flash by turns from left to right, and return to the password display.

2. Setting: Press [◄] button, to choose the digit when adding numbers of flashing password or setting parameters.

Press [▲] button, to change a digit or password when flashing digits or password needs to be added 1

Press [Setting] button, digital tube stops flashing and the value which changed just now is effective.

Press [Setting] button again, setting lights turns and enter to the new parameter setting.

Notes: when each parameter setting is over the Limitation, the setting value will return the limited value.

3. Exit setting: Press [Display] button or wait for a while, the digital tube will show the original parameter before setting automatically.
