Circuit connection:

Capacitive Yarn sensors are able to be used in Winding, doubling, texturing or Elasticizers and so on.

 

Main Function

 

Capacitive yarn sensor can detect the working of various yarns on textile machines. If the yarn breaks or stops, yarn sensor will inform the user via a flashing LED that a position is defective.

 

Working Principle

 

Capacitive yarn sensor probe will check tension variations produced by electrical charges of a moving yarn.
